RenzaGroup

RenzaGroup · Building since 2012 · Middle Tennessee

Fourteen years of building things that run businesses.

RenzaGroup is the company behind all of it — operations and event platforms, custom applications, SaaS product design, hands-on coaching, and the review and visibility work we run for local operators. Seven practice areas, one standard: it has to hold up in the field, not just in the demo.

Fifteen minutes, free, no pitch. You leave knowing what we'd fix first — whether or not we ever work together.

Practice areas under one roof

The parent company

One company. Two kinds of work.

Most firms pick a lane: they build software, or they sell services. RenzaGroup does both on purpose. Every platform we've built started as a real operator's problem, and every service we run gets sharper because we can build the tool it needs instead of renting one.

We build it

Platforms, products, and the engineering behind them

Custom software for businesses whose operations have outgrown spreadsheets, inboxes, and whatever the last vendor left behind. We define the product, design the interface, build the thing, and stay after launch.

What we build →

We run it

The growth work owners never get to

Reviews, Google visibility, and the strategic thinking that keeps getting pushed to next quarter. We take it off your plate entirely, or we sit beside you and teach you to run it — your call.

What we run for you →

The practice areas

Seven things we're genuinely good at.

Not a service menu written to look impressive. This is what fourteen years actually produced — each one because a client needed it and nothing on the market did the job.

How an engagement runs

No discovery phase that bills for four months.

We're a small company that ships. That means short cycles, one point of contact, and a working thing in your hands early enough to argue with it.

How we operate →
  1. 01

    The discovery call

Fifteen minutes. You describe what's in the way; we ask about the numbers, the market, and where your hours go. You leave with our honest read, even if the answer is "you don't need us."

  2. 02

    Find the constraint

Before anyone writes code or buys ads, we work out what's actually capping the business. Sometimes it's software. Often it isn't, and we'll say so.

  3. 03

    Build it or run it

Fixed scope, fixed price, a schedule you can hold us to. You see working software in weeks, not at the end. Done-for-you work starts producing inside the first month.

  4. 04

    Hand over the keys

You own the code, the data, and the accounts. We stay because the work is worth it, not because leaving would break something.

“We implemented a few of his ideas, which revived dead leads — it practically doubled my business for the year.”

“He explained everything step by step so I understood the ‘why’ behind each task — and guided me to a business I feel proud of.”

Tell us what's in the way.

The discovery call is fifteen minutes and free. You talk — we ask about your operation, your numbers, and where the work piles up. You leave with our honest read on what to fix first and roughly what it takes, whether or not we ever work together.

No pitch deck, and straight answers about cost. Been burned by an agency or a half-finished build before? Say so on the call — that story usually points straight at the real problem.
